Terrific service

Everyone I dealt with at DiBiase were great. Bill the salesman took all the time necessary to explain all my options. The office took care of setting me up for a no interest one year payment plan as well as applying for all the rebates I was entitled to. All the guys who worked on installing the new system were professional and answered any questions I had about the new system. I will be using them for the twice yearly check-up on the new system and also having them service the other system in the house. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work that needs to be done. I have been extremely happy with the new system, it works so much better than the one they replaced!

Great service experience from DiBiase… again!

A year on from choosing DiBiase to install a new HVAC system and sign up for the annual service agreement. We have not been disappointed. Dealing with DiBiase to schedule or make adjustments to appointments is so easy. Their system to keep you informed before and after any event is excellent. We had to make a last minute change to today’s maintenance and the Dibiase team were great in accommodating. Our service tech Luis arrived as scheduled. It is great to have experienced techs that know our system return each time. Luis is professional friendly and very knowledgeable, a pleasure to have him work with us. I would recommend Luis and DiBiase for HVAC systems and service without hesitation.

Performed a repair on the furnace’s gas system. Disconnected the gas line to inspect for leaks and found a damaged gas valve. Replaced the faulty valve with a new Honeywell model, ensuring all connections were secure and properly sealed. Conducted a pressure test to confirm there were no additional leaks. Verified the furnace’s ignition system and checked the burner for proper operation. Restored the gas supply, tested the furnace to ensure it was heating effectively, and provided the customer with a summary of the repairs and recommended maintenance for continued safety and efficiency.

Comfort concerns for 1 room on the second floor, West Bradford, PA Inspected room and found to be slightly warmer than the rest of the floor. Some of the other rooms were colder than others and the space did not seem properly balanced. The basement ceiling is drywalled and there is no access to a majority of the duct system. Recommended trying to balance at the registers by closing off certain registers on the second floor slightly. Recommended putting a thermometer in the problem room to document improvement.

Had James only customer has gotten multiple bids and I believe it’s still getting a couple more he did not give me much time for presentation as he was working from home. When I tried to Delvin into his other proposals, he said he hasn’t gone through them yet and that he and his wife Christie will be doing that over the next day or two system has a refrigerator leak the last year he added to, his maintaining temperature but he knows when it gets hot. It’s gonna start to fail.

Performed QA on Bosch Heat Pump/Air Handler. Homeowner had questions about the thermostat and the settings on the thermostat. He wanted to use the auto feature and wanted to know how it works. Reviewed the thermostat operation with the homeowner. He also had some questions about the previously installed ductless unit and how the remote worked. Reviewed both systems with him and how to operate. Tested the Bosch system in heating and cooling. The installers did not have W2 setup. Wired unit and thermostat for W1 and W2 and reprogrammed thermostat. Tested the wet switch and ez trap safeties. Poured 60oz of water through condensate drain to test. Completed checklist form in system. Need to email homeowner the following: User manual for the ductless unit The service plan information for the Bosch Heat Pump/AHU and for a Single Head Ductless. Pricing for the extended warranty plans.
